General-purpose AI usually answers a prompt. noeworks is designed for continuing operating work, keeping company material, business data, departmental responsibility, approvals, actions, and results connected around the same task.

What is a good first task?

Choose one problem with an identified owner, obtainable evidence, a decision or deliverable, and a result that can be checked. Examples include tenant follow-up, an operating exception, a campaign review, or a lease decision.

Can a company start before all systems are integrated?

Yes. Start with a bounded task and the material already available. Any missing source, interface, permission, or data definition should remain explicit. Integration scope is confirmed against the real systems and authorisation conditions.

Where does the system's judgement come from?

Company material, operating data, and real results are the primary context. Public industry data, cases, and research widen the view. Significant conclusions should preserve their sources, dates, calculation basis, assumptions, and missing evidence.

How should a result be reviewed before a business decision?

Check source traceability, date and scope, metric definitions, assumptions, alternative explanations, execution conditions, approval authority, and the method for verifying the outcome.

Which decisions still require a person?

Budgets, contracts, public announcements, customer or tenant commitments, staffing, and material operating direction remain with authorised managers. AI can prepare evidence and coordinate work but does not take business responsibility.

How is company data handled?
